GO MAN GO!
Sparkling mineral water would taste
pretty good out of a Trophy cup.
(Unless there is still Masking in
there from the plating Job)
Thanks For the Heads up Paul.
Nimda shut us down for a few days
a while back.
Everything gets quarentined and sniffed now

Are Company Was in the Spotlight a while back.
The Owner said Not one Good thing Came of it
Only 1,000 phone calls trying to sell you something.
Rick
It is a Chook I am working on.
Well actually one of are automation Interns here
Fresh out of School with a ME and a minor in Computer Science.
Hopefully I can learn from him as he steps through it...Heck he burrows half my tools!
Zero
I cant Ftp (Anymore)
Basically I am penciling a ball cutter
up and around the side of some surfaces.
but instead of penciling (Which just goes there
Wham)! I thought I would use 3d contour
and just plug in +.0156 half my dia.
in the XY Stock to leave.
Now I can sneak up and Fuzz
the Frail existing wall
The only problem is my cutter path goes to the centerline on the Uphills in my chain....
Hello
I am cutting what looks like stairs
from a side view.
I am using 3D contour /Tip/abs/Z 0.
My cutter path walks down the Z fine
But at the verticals my cutter goes
to its centerline (Bad)
Is there a cut and dry toolpath for this?
Thanks
Tony

However I once worked in aplace that had a Chevalier CNC grinder. Basically it was a waste of floor space!
We found a use for ours..... "Chop Saw"
Spinning the mold around.
Hopefully the table is Hardened and ground
(Some imports are)
Other wise you will gouge the table
and have .060 deep "Crop circles"
Is it a Break through or Just another option?
I'll have to go with Just another option to
Get something done whether its done in there
or out here......
Let me now when they go public though
"Senior"
The first thing I Think of
is having my name called at graduation
Then on the way up on the steps
I trip on my own gown and fall on my face.
I was off to a good start...Aim High!
Tour De France starts tomorrow. Lance Armstrong and his same United States Postal team from last year will be going for a 5th straignt consecutive win.
I like the Lance quote when I believe it was a reporter that asked (when eveyone was wondering if he was on drugs)"So Lance what are you on?" " Im on my bike 8 hours a day, what are you on?"
Great Book too...
Have a Good one Everyone
Here are a few Washed up Bands
Working this areas Festivities:
B.T.O.
The Ides of March
Blondie
Stephen Wolf
And Not so Washed up
Hootie and the Blowfish
Los lobos
New odessey (.38 special and Nugents orginal singer)
Last year Peter Frampton and NightRanger if
I can recall
Here is a Manual crash of mine.
I Needed to Cut some sheetmetal 1/8 thick
so I thought I would put it into the
Manual shear press (or whatever its called)
and I would just jump on the foot pedal
Real Hard to get through the stock.
I hiked my foot up as high as I could and
Slammed it down sending the Foot pedal
Down onto my other Foot underneath it.
Breaking my toes and loosing there nails too.
(Gym shoes on of course)
15 years later at a Parade in town
I see a guy in a hopped up Elcamino (in the parade)I know him ...It's..It's.
John M. I worked with him in the 80's at BLEY
I yell out Hey John, He looks at me
and yells "Hows your Foot"!!
It took me days to figure out/remember what he
Was talking about
