  1. Or pick the tool from the metric library, after the values hit MM it will convert to inch and then save the tool
  2. yes you can do it, just convert the metric to inch The formula I was given years ago here is: pitch x .03937= (1.25) x .03937= .0492125 pitch x RPM = feed .0492125 x RPM = feed

  5. I had 1 freeze today when trying to use Arc Multi Edit CHOOK. I'm not sure if it's the latest, but it was in the chook folder, it changed all the arcs but I could not get rid of the window and had to restart mcam. Other than that, no problems
  6. You should be able to get a post guide CD from your reseller. I had gotten one for version 9 before X came out. I'm not sure if the X post guide is out or not yet.

  15. Depending on your depth, I think ramp will do what you want. Even if you need to do a couple operations at different depths.

  18. Would using Point to Point help, at least to avoid redrawing this part? Let mastercam pick the points, you just select the starting point.
  19. look here Like the 5th post here? If so my reply was about 2 after that. I had to change to a solid background color, and turn the hardware acceleration down. That fixed it for me. What video card do you have?

  21. In your OP manager click > Files, then the ! (exclamation mark) beside Operation defaults, scroll up, click the properties to expand that, click tool settings and set it in there. Green check out to save
