I did a remove of mcamx and then mcamx2 maintenance release 1 showed up on the list
Just removed it and I'm gonna try to install again.
Thanks for the help as always
Mike
Yes I have admin rights
I thought I checked the overwrite option but it did not install that way. Now I have 3 seperate mcam folders and its getting confusing where stuff is being pulled from.
I have mcamx folder
mcamx2-mr1
mcamx-backup
All with the same subfolders
Hi all
I did't like the way my MR1 was installed so I went to uninstall it but I do not even see it listed in my "add/remove" program list.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Mike
Hi Rekesh
In your ops manager right click on geometry >> change start point >> then click red arrow. Then you can move the start point anywhere along the chain
Hi all
I have a sheetmetal job here that I need to do some secondary work to. The Material is 301 FH.
I'm using a 1/8 4 fl carb em going .025 deep. I just need to c'bore some holes but the corners of the EM are chipping. I am currently running at 300 sfm and .0003 chip. Is this to fast?
Any Ideas?
Thanks
Mike
John
I use comments for almost every toolpath I do just for this purpose. I just fished a part with 225 operations and it takes some time just to search through my comments. I'm thinking I might try typing them in English next time....
I'd like to be able to pick a pc of geometry and have to operation expand or highlight in some manner. This would be a great addition for long programs
Ok guys I think this is an easy one but not sure how to fix it. If I select a pc of geometry... say for a "Z" depth. How do I get it to only show as a 4 place decimal in the parameters? Right now I'm getting 6 places?
Thanks
Mike
Hi all
Should hitting enter on the keyboard work when doing adjustment in the change at point field? I was spot drilling some holes then went into the change at point field to adjust some depths and I was hitting enter. I then posted the program and there were no Z differances. I went back and found I had to hit the green check and not enter. Is this the way it should be? From what I remember I was able to hit enter in this field in MR2.....but I have been known to be wrong....
Thanks
Mike
