Yeah is does suck but since I dont have the tools you have I am kinda stuck doing it this way. I could cut and paste a g-gode program but why the F do that. I have had it do good with using sub on transform but dont really like the sub program rotue that is why I am tryign to get my sub routine MpMaster post workign then it keeps it all in one program of course the dwon side is it has to be smaller that 4 mb to use it. Another reason I have worked out the L9000 cycels for the post I can do alot of the 2d pockets with one line of code that way and save a ton of space in the program to acheive my subroutine process. Well Rekd it worked if I did create new geomentry and operation but since I am using soilds for a control it wouldn't for those operations. Then of course it sucks cause I need to do for 4 vicea and doesn't do it order so will have to do it in groups I guess. Crazy Millman What I have done in the past is create groups using just one tool for all operation for that tool and then do all operation for that group then close it and then go that way. It sure beat the old cut and paste. I may be like you I dont trust the posted program without geomentry to drive it all for all vices. Well that is going to be tough. Most of that is propetirity in nature. I woudl tell you to go to the junk yard find somethign liek what you want to make to get all your dimensions from for take your apart. Maybe one of the other guys on here has a better idea. Good Luck Crazy Millman

Yeah Murlin I can have it vapor polished but it really needed a good finish and it is funky part realyl detailed surface for each one of the holes it has over 300 holes and each hole has 30 fillets with raduis from .005 to .200 and they are begin picky about every detail. No probelm with good equipment just not soemthing done in a few hours. I got another projetc I did Back in highschool worked on it my Junior and Senior year of Highschool. I made a 36" diameter by 12" wide ferris whell out of Alumninum. Me an another guy made the whole thing compelete as well as polished it to a chrome looking finish. It was sweet I had taken old aluminum rails out of a old IBM copier and used them for legs. We put hole for weight reduction all over every where. I made double french curves for the feet. I made the Hex nuts for the shaft. I made the reduction pullyes for the gear down to make it spin at 2.4 rpms. I made the exchanger system for the gear box to the pulleys. It was really cool all my pics for this thing are back in Jacksonville I keep asking my mom to see if she can find them but no luck yet when she does I will post them. Crazy Millman

Well if it were not for my Daughter the last time I was in Brazil I would problay still be sitting in a Jail cell doen there. We go to visit my wife's grand mother and well the police set-up check point where they can stop you. Everytime we have not got stopped untill this time. They pull pu block the road and start demanding out papers and things like that. I lucky against my wife advice brought my and my daughter's passports. They are wanting out papper and start drawing guns when in english I say I dont have any. I am shi??ing bricks at this point cuase you dont want to go to jail in Brazil folk I have seen them and our worst prison is a freaking resort compared to these things. I was cool untill everyone esle started freaking and mad at my wife for telling me not to bring the passport but I just dont speak the language and lucky I got the passport word down and ask if I had them would that be a godo thing. My wife screaming at me yes yes then I produce them and them out come the apoligies cuase with me might got away with hauling me off but a 3 month old kid hell no. We get a freaking escort out of the state we where in and through the next 3 check points. The whole time I am the hero cuase I was smart enough to bring our passports. Moral of the story take your freakign passport everywhere you go when outside the USA expect Bagdad of course.
