Hello All 1 contour toolpath in a group of about 20 other toolpaths did not have line in leadin selected therefor no G41 was posted before arc movement and cutter went 1/2 dia to far into part. Verifyed OK. Should we get an error message from post,backplot or verify? Any ideas on how to stop this happening again. Thanks

Used a floating tap holder in the past for similar task. Worked well. Cheers

I like this format HTML but only need to define the tool once with max Z depth ect. In the OPs manager we have multiple groups with many operations in that group. Any help is appreciated.

We use Q31 plunge rate Q32 feed rate. Just change values at start of program. Cheers

We run production ISO on Mazaks and the only way we have found to do what you want is to run sub prorams from a Mazatrol main. Each part has its own WPC and same tool is run over all parts before tool change. Cheers

Any way of changing position of Regen toolpath box in ops manager. On a big job its to close to backplot when all ops are higlighted. Cheers

Something bloody strange going on. If I create a rectangle in a new drawing and pocket it the tool path is visible until escape ect. If a drawing is opened and toolpath generated path is not visible. even if i draw a rectangle in exsisting drawing and pocket it no tool path visible until backplot. Tryed all suggestions with no luck.

I dont know what I've done but when creating or regening tool paths I have to back plot to see the results. The used to stay on the screen until hitting escape. What do I need to have checked in order to only see tool paths after creating,regening and backplotting. Thanks in advance.

Can anyone recomend a brand or supplier for free machining SS in 303 or 304. Plate or flat bar , finish size is 4.5"x3"x0.25". Thanks in advance
