  1. mcpgmr, did you check synthes?
  2. What post are you using? It seems there is an offset in the parameters.
  3. Next week I will be starting with a new company. I will still be using mastercam to program, but they do not have any 5 axis machines. I am not sure whether or not I will have access to e-mastercam. So I would like to take this time to thank everybody in this forum for all the endless information and help you have supplied me with. This is truly a community I am proud to say I have been a part of. The first thing I am going to do when I start is check for internet access. This is a tool I am not going to give up easily. Cheers for all your help!
  4. I use it everyday. It works very well. I have the trunnion and the spindle represented in verify. However it does not support crash detection yet. You must verify everything visually. It saved my xxxx more than once!
  5. I have one machine with ethernet and usb. It still does not work properly.
  6. Thank you I will check it out.
  7. I use a five axis post to program a mazak with a five axis indexer mounted to it. The indexer is programmed seperate from the machine utilizing m codes. My question is, is it possible to output the A and B axis moves in parenthesis so I can leave them in the program while running? If this is very time consuming I am not sure it is worth while. Currently I extract the A and B moves and replace them with M codes, but before I do that I program the indexer with the information obtained from the code. Any advice would be helpful, thanks in advance.
  8. My bad. I took another look and did it with 5 axis swarf. I checked the 4 axis tab and used and entry and exit curve. I will send you what I have done. Hope this helps.
  9. I think everything looks good. I do not see any problems in verify.
  10. 1-2 weeks, that is like an eternity! Next day air in the real world.
  11. I use harvey on a daily basis. The quality on everything they offer is amazing. I would recomend to anyone. I use the thread mill in titanium and I have not found anything that lasts longer.
  12. Center drills are exactly that. They are for making centers. The smaller diameter tends to break off in the part during production use. This is not desireable.
  13. http://www.emastercam.com/ubb/ultimatebb.p...ic;f=1;t=012890 try this I think it is what you want.
  14. I have two haas mills with hard drives, and was not aware that it is even possible to run a program from the hard drive.
  15. That did the trick! thanks bullines!
  16. I have been using it since it came out, and have not had any problems. Maybe something else is wrong?
  17. I can't seem to access it either.
  18. What the heck is a world skills competition?
  19. Hey phil congrats on the new job! Out of curiosity how long of a commute is it from lancaster?
  20. Hey Joe I compared the post with mine and see only minor differences. Maybe it is in your mc9 file? What indexer and or machine are you using?
  21. I got your e-mail but the attachment was blocked by microsoft outlook. I sent you a copy of my post. Good luck, just compare the code with your code and verify A axis rotation.
  22. BTY, I hope you are a packers fan and not one of them purple pride people!
