It looks like the cursor is left in the Z-depth box. If you click once in the graphics area with the middle button of the mouse you will be able to use the power keys.
Files with long filenames do not show properly in Mastercam with this combination:
Mastercam style File Get dialog (set using the CNCReg util) *and* "Hide extensions for known files types" enabled in the Windows Explorer Folder Options.
Correct this by disabling "Hide extensions for known files types" in the Windows Explorer Folder Options - or using CNCReg to select the Standard style File Get dialog box.
Create the fillet using create - surface - fillet - select the type of fillet (probably surf/surf). Now you can select variable and change the radius at certain points on the fillet.
Paul - Try downloading and executing this driver. Do a remove first and then a typical install. Restart your computer once you are finished.

Here is a link to a set-up sheet that outputs every operation and handles the depths and comp correctly.
ftp://ftp.inhousesolutions.com/pub/Master...rum/MILL_op.SET
It is the default set-up sheet that comes with Mastercam with that change.

Actually, this is probably the easiest way to make that change.
psub_st_s #Header in sub level
result = nwadrs(no2asc(35), sub_prg_no)
sav_n2 = n
n = seqno
" ", e
*sub_prg_no, e
pbld, n, sgabsinc, e
The no2asc(35) converts an integer into the ascii equivalent.
If those are the only patches you have downloaded and installed you do not have V8.1.1. You can check this by opening Mastercam and pressing Alt+v. In the bottom left hand corner you should have this Mastercam version 8 (5.1.2001). If yours does not say this go to the the patches page and click on the link V8.1 to V8.1.1 Update Patches.
Hope this helps.

Before you bring in the Acad file save the named levels by right clicking in the level manager. Bring the Acad file in and then get the named levels.
Stephen
Mastercam uses the different levels in Autocad as named levels in Mastercam. So level 0 from Autocad would be level 1 in Mastercam but named "0".
Your problem with missing data could be because the Acad drawing is not fully exploded.
In Mastercam press alt+c. The Raster to Vector translater is a C-hook. It is called Rast2vec.dll. It will recognize *.bmp, *.tif, and many other graphic formats.

You could create stl files out of both models and then create a toolpath that does not cut any of the parts. ie. draw a line of in space and contour it. You can use true solid verify and compare the two stl files.
This is probably a video card problem. Try installing new drivers or turn your hardware acceleration down to none. The number of entities for dynamic rotation, in screen - config, defines the maximum number of entities displayed during dynamic rotation, not the maximum number of entities that can be rotated.
