the probe works good for hole locations and edge positions, i used it on a haas toolroom mill, good for rough dim. +or-.0005

its better than the 40 taper, we also went with the highspeed (10K) spindle. we cut fx2 die steel here and thats a test for any machine

We are running a 50 taper haas here on a vf8.

Check the EA manager it will let you do this its a sub menu in the attributes

im using mc 9.1 sp2 and i cant get my level manager to come up. it only give me a place to cange levels. it works fine in 9.0

sorry for the late reply, i still coudnt get it to work right (my problem, not yours im sure). it still does not put in the code. im not sure what im doing wrong. it shouldn't be this hard to get coolent to turn off and on. haas, give me a button

Welcome to the board Troy, i just moved from North Vernon a couple of months ago. can you save the program in parts onto a cd drive maybe half your nci files to one file then the other half to a seperate file? You will soon find that you never have enough memory you can always use more. also are you running your nci files thru the filter?
