  4. using X MR2, I'm trying to build a post for the following Milling machine: It has a right angle head which it can change automatically to using M62 code. the head can turn and machine right, back, left, and front using the following codes: M41 C0. M41 C90. M41 C180. M41 C270. Using the Fanuc 4X router post. Here's my question: 1. Should I define the machine as having an indexible C axis every 90 deg with single outlet Agg, or set the Aggregate as having 4 outlets? Is there any difference? 2. The programming reqiures the axis to be transformed so that the z is always perpendicular to the working face. Currently all my Agg output refers to the machine absolute axes. How do I get this?
  5. if you have Mill Level 3, creating the ruled surface for each pair of contour will give you 30 surfaces, and machining with surface finish contour with 0.2 stepdown and roll tool option under advanced setting set to 'only between surfaces' might give you what you want.... share a sample file on what you describe on the ftp... maybe someone will help...

You know, diagnosing wheter the trainee is really good and independent and those who are going to be support disaster.... I was thinking about creating one that rates not only the technical usage skills but also enthusiasm and participaation of students that the support staff can use to follow up on.... Any ideas that you guys would like to share? where should I start?
