Yes, I can clearly see in your example that the two circles are different, but on my system it doesn't work. I also tried regenerating the op even though it doesn't show dirty. Still doesn't work. Here's what I get when I draw (2) 2.0" holes, ArcMultiEdit the first to 2.25, select the op, regen.:

This new Arc MultiEdit does not work with Solids. That's someting that still needs to be looked into.

I wanted to get this latest version available ASAP to address the toolpath issue that John brought up. (As that could bite you in the a@#&^)

I just pulled the ZIP down from the C-Hook folder of the forum FTP to double check and...

The Arc MultiEdit.DLL in the Zip in dated 9-18-2006 10:00pm and the 'File Version' tag is 10.2.2.34 - Which is corrrect.

All,

A new update for you.

I looked into the Solids issue and I think I got it nailed.

This latest version (10.2.2.35) of the Arc MultiEdit add-on should have the same affect on referenced items (toolpath and/or solids) as would altering an arc using the Analyze feature in X, except of course that you can do as many arcs at the same time as you wish.

Enjoy...

Put the Chook in a folder and call it Custom add-in.

That is not correct.

There is no need to rename.

From the txt file,

quote:

To install:

Copy the ‘Arc MultiEdit.dll’ and ‘Arc MultiEdit.ft’ files into the folder Custom Add-in (aka. CHooks) file path.

Just put the .dll and .ft files into the mastercam/Chook folder.

Thanks roger works a treat cheers.gif

FYI...

New Arc MultiEdit available in the C-Hooks folder of the forum FTP site.

Arc MultiEdit.ZIP for Mastercam X

Arc MultiEdit (X2).ZIP for Mastercam X2

Even though the DLLs are named the same you can tell which one is for X2, as its version tag starts with '11.0.x.x'.

For you who already have this add-on, the only functional change is it now instantly updates any associated drafting dimensions that are affected by the change of an arc.

Just unzipped latest version of Arc MultiEdit (Oct 20) into my recently installed (this morning) version of X2 and get following error when opening MX2--

"Error Report Dialogue: ERROR (L16,C:mcamxCHOOKSArc MultiEdit.ft): Unable to open resource module chooksArc MultiEdit.dll

Also, when I try to run X+, I get some error about recompiling--anyone else having issue with X+ setup sheets?
