I'm never going to catch John or some of the other boys on the post count; I'd have carpal tunnel on top of the rest of my f_cking problems. I don't want to get to into the legall stuff Jimmy, but the doctor bills will be paid for and my excellent disability coverage kicked in right away so things could be worse.

Thanks for the images, John, I'll hang on to them until I'm in a better frame of mind.

I'm glad to hear things are being took care, the last thing someone needs is to be worried bout that stuff on top of everything else.

I've been lucky. I laid my bike down at 60mph cause of some gravel in the road. The bike flipped up and threw me into a patch of honeysuckle. Not a mark.

I also lost my bike attempting a wheely on a new back tire. rolleyes.gif

Ran over a dog one time and nearly broke my leg. The dog's owner came out fussing bout her dog while I'm laying there with the bike on my leg. Told her I wasglad to know who's dog it was, so as they could fix my bike, and she went back inside.

I sold my bike when my oldest was born. I was just starting Barefoot and self employed. Could not afford to be out of commision.

Someday I'll get another bike. I go to Blue Ridge and look at them every few months. I am going to wait until the kids are older.

I was at physical therapy yesterday and the guy on the table next to me was also in for a bike vs. car wreck, although much slower speed than mine. He told me he'd been riding since 1963 and never had an 'impact accident' until now. Just goes to show it don't matter how long you've been at it or how good you are; when it is your time to go down, down you are gonna go.
