You by chance have a metric config loaded

No... but the file started with the import

of a parasolid that was created in SolidWorks

(metric)

I just tried a new file..

The font in the Z depth field is too big..

If I enter .1234, it will stick..

If I enter 12.3456, it gets truncated to 12.345

The font is a heavy bold font twice as big as what I've got in X2

OK... the font is simply too big for the Z depth field.

The other 2 X3 machines we have here are fine.

I have no idea how the font on mine got jacked up.

I tried the reset function in the Control panel utility

but it didn't help.

.1234 is fime

1.2345 get chopped to 1.234

12.3456 gets cut to 12.345

etc etc

I'm guessing this is a registry setting??

G, Mine are larger than X2 as well. But if I enter 12.3456 it does show as 12.345 but if I click on the drop down box it shows it to be 12.3456 then when I click the drop down again it is highlighted blue and shows 2.3456. I think the numbers are correct but you just cant see them all because they are larger.

Is this the same thing you are seeing as well?

Yes, if I click the drop down arrow, it displays all 4 plcs.

My guess is this is controled by the registry,

but I have no idea what key it is.. if I find out,

I'll let you know

Its a bug that will be fixed in first service pak..

I use Windows Classic for my visual theme..

The programmers here that don't have this problem are using XP themes.. I haven't changed my visual themes to see if that fixes it .. but it would be a good experiment.

Any chance that it has something to do with your screen resolution

No.. X2 on the same computer is OK..the font is

too big and the field itself is a little narrower

I'm wondering if people with XP theme visual settings are having this issue??
