Delay in accessing toolpath parameters new to x4

I forgot about this thread....mainly because

I do not get the lag any more??

 

I do all windows updates when they are out, maybe

an update clear up the lag issue for me....I dunno

 

Actually X4 MU3 is running rather well except the .3k toolpath nonsense on pencil and waterline

rest.

For anyone experiencing more than a 3-4 second delay, you can download the Inspect Utility. This utility analyzes your system and creates a report that you can email to [email protected] with your results. It will help them find the root cause of the problem.

 

Please don't do this if you only have a 1-3 second delay. We are trying to find a solution to this problem for the future versions of Mastercam.

Thanks for pushing this issue further... I ran and sent in the report. BTW - I have a minimum delay of 3 to 5 seconds when accessing the new X4 toolpath parameters. This delay grows to 30 seconds the longer I run Mastercam (then I can’t take it anymore). So I have to restart Mastercam and then the delay goes back to 3 to 5 seconds.

Yes sir, you are. Thanks for running this and giving the results to Chris. That was all I wanted, I wouldn't know how to interpret the results...

 

My problem is that our machines are locked down at work, so I'm not able to run this utility on the machines that are having problems. I'm just trying to get as many people as possible to give their input on this.
