How come the ftp is so slow,even with adsl connection it takes a lot of time to download a file.

I zipped the file at only 3% compression so I just uploaded the source.

 

Ani02.mpg - in the same folder is an animation of the cutting action. Fette is the cutter manufacturer.

Material P20 - 36Rc

Component - Injection Mold

Cutter diameter is 50mm, insert is 16mm, Cutting Speed - 525sfm (1150 rpm), Width of Cut 1.5" Depth of Cut .100" Feed Rate 39IPM (.009ipt) at 7" Reach.

I have been tricked a few times to try some similar cutters. Why is it that as salesman walks out door, we hear loud crashing noises and smoke coming out of machine??? maybe need to hire salesman as operator?
