If it is a new machine can not see a problem. Programing EDM wire m/c can not be easier when using Mastercam.

No only the 9.1 Disc. Last time a installed I would have upgraded either from 9.0 or 8.1. so that most likley isthe problem. jimp

Roger Thanks Copied the file C:Program FilesMCUPartnersMastercamMCUGetOps.dll to the Chook directory why it was asking for this file I don't know but if it stops the error box appearing every time I was in the opp manager thats good enough for me. Thanks again where would we be without this forum.

No I checked that Chook at startup set to None.

I using the Finish Toolpath to contour the bore from bottom then facing the part and wish to dwell on the face. Have looked at the toolpath editor, how do I add dwell to toolpath? Thanks again Jim
