  1. One of my biggest complaints to the scheduling department. Same issue here...if you open the parameters and just re-click on the tool, it will update to the proper D# for that control. What you want to watch out for is it can change other settings in that tool if you have default values that are in your tool library and the coolant, peck and step tab is checked. It will revert back to standard settings if you have changed anything else.
  2. I've used a formula sheet in the past.
  3. I've used them. They work pretty good with the applications we have.
  4. 1st- Welcome! 2nd- Don't use all caps. 3rd- I don't believe I've seen this problem, are you using MU3?
  5. You need to update the link that brings you here.
  6. quote: Is it possible these settings were changed in you control. We checked that also.
  7. Pretty sure it's the motherboard on the control...Fanuc is scheduled to come take a look.
  8. quote: Do you have another CF Adapter you can try? How old is the card? Can you read it on a PC? Yes, multiple adapters, multiple compact flash cards etc. They work on the other machines and on the pc's. We have 2 of these machines...I pulled the card reader from each and am in the middle of switching them to confirm that it's the reader.
  9. Doesn't look like any pins are bent.
  10. Everything is formatted properly as well. It's not the cards. Maybe I misworded the thread. I believe the problem is with the controller.
  11. It's a card that has worked in the past. I know it's compatible. We've tried multiple cards( brand new, smaller size, etc.) The machine isn't recognizing that a card is there.
  12. I've gone through all the reformating ideas. Still no luck.
  13. Well not exactly an error. The controller is not recognizing that a card is plugged in. Is it possible that these wear out? Anyone ever had this happen?
  14. Add the one_rev code I posted earlier. Add it to the general output settings area in your post.
  15. Try adding it and see if it works.
  16. Not sure what post you are using, but look for "one_rev". code: one_rev : 1 #Limit rotary indexing between 0 and 360? (0 = No, 1 = Yes)
  17. What cutter path are you currently using?
  18. Geometry Compensation/Accuracy
  19. quote: Mp master suppresses the 4th axis ouput if there are no 4th-axis indexes in the program. Has anyone found a way around this? I want the post to output the B-axis position even though there is no rotation in the program.
  20. I've noticed that if you change a setting and then chamge it back, it seems to fix this. Perhaps it's a bug?
