Perhaps I am wrong but if I correct understand 5 axis strategy depends from machine configuration and hence depends from postprocessor.
Normally such posts are SIM/HASP locked
I am wondering, will you going to provide such data?

the machine actually makes a 3-axis simultaneous linear move in the direction and amount of the offset (from H0), instead of simply modifying the current coordinate display.you can try to use G92.* instead H

there are limited next variables that allow to get data one step beyond of current state
if you suppose next_fr vice versa prv_fr then you are wrong you should read MP Reference Guide before work around

I think what your saying is to save the NCI line to variables like prvx, prvy, etc then run the next line and output prvx and prvy on that line?it is similar as look ahead at one step of next move
you will find description in MP postprocesor reference guide
it my favorite approach when I try to catch next x y z movement for special purpose

Is there a way to retrieve next line information from the NCI without using buffers?.There is alternative way
use variables start from next (nextx, nexty, ...)
