Hi anybody,
When I look up mpfan post I see
ctol : 225
What is a variable, when it work
and what the best value?
why it is not for example 180, 181 deg. and so on?
Cadcam told about:
It is on the FTP under Wire.
Have a good weekend
Jay (cadcam)

Original name was R2464_W.mc8 or R2464_W.zip
I did not see from my place.
I sent same to CNC but all keep silence
Why?

I try to put work coordinate from upper right corner of sections
************************************************
Sorry for mistakes I use upper left corner of sections
Hi everybody,
Did anybody trouble with change coordinate STCW with wire couture operations.
I created same contours for profile but in different position then I tried exchange STCW and I cannot got good results.
I try to put work coordinate from upper right corner of sections.
I still can not see ftp.I send it to cadcam for put to ftp
I use this file both for mill and wire. When I change tools origin in mill I have not any problems.
I convert it from dwg to mc8 and use mill8.1.1 and wire8.1.1
If I use save some and save only couture profiles I have not got good results yet.
I suppose that problem in database of file but don't know how to clean it
Now I solved it:
convert mc8 to dxf
then dxf to mc8 again
After that STCW change coordinate without problem.
If it bug then guys from CNC work for enhancement
If you can help I'll be appreciated.
BTW why WCS in MC9 don't work with wire
For example if I have solid model and need to do wire operation from other plane then top
I must to do some translation. But then I read post processor manual I see no restriction for wire in NCI G code 1014
Can I solve it with help tune post.
Thank you in advance
Alexander
I thought about it for my same purpose before
After some speculation I suppose guys from CNC
wish that customers play at keyboard sometimes like at piano
and don't sleep and work in one click mouse.
I am with you Quickmike will be interesting know me too.
BTW did anybody play with machining in compare
leftover hybrid and rest mill for example 3D machining of cavity with fillet in corners.
What better to use for such tasks.
Alexander
Hi everybody,
Always interesting to know about interesting ideas
Sometimes for special purpose we use VMC Cincinnati as lathe machine without any problems
because have not CNC lathe machine at our tool shop.
Will interesting to know have anybody experience to use mill machines for grinding, for slotting or other
not typical process. And what problems appear with it.
Hi,
I had the same when start to work with A2100 control with 3D machining.
I simple put sgplane as mentioned Russell to
pzrapid # Linear movement in Z axis only - at rapid feedrate
n, sgcode, sgplane, z
because I use
nobrk: no
at any movement between points for tool change will switch plane from G18 or G19 to G17
Personally to me I think this question need in research from machines producer because they have laboratory and machine application engineers
I asked machine builder from Cincinnati to test Highfeed option vs. acc/deceleration that have Sabre1000
and give a conclusion worth it candle or not. But they keep silence as diver.
You can try software from www.radmin.com if your machines under WindowsNT.
You will see all machines at own desktop like Lord. You need only some angels who will put tools in drum and press start cycle.
It's possible to use even from bed. You will have one big problem only hips growth
I think you did not right understand me.
I am looking for method of control in post for lead-in&lead-out but for simple 2D contour toolpath in 2D plane. 5-axis mentioned only as example and for match. I need put code just before tool lead-out from contour for gas cutting machine with Burny10 control.
I had the same with chamfer mill as 45° D35.1mm and tip 20mm. It's appear when I do: job setup then import from file. After some mistakes at parts I always check this type of mill.
Cadcam, by the way I cannot reach your ftp in spite of upgrade IE5.5 to IE6 and try to use cute FTP4.0
could you send me file Shark.zip for learn.
