Could someone tell me what would be displayed on the screen of the spacepilot with Mcam X2? Just curious, and wouldn't want something that can't be used. Mcam is the only program I run with. Lee.

Kyle, I am interested how the space pilot works with Mastercam X2. I have watched the videos but having NO speakers make it hard. What functions can be done by the left hand, besides all the rotating/zooming stuff. Thanks, Lee.

What chord length are you referring to? Maybe you are referring to the filter? Filter settings, turn it on, and select 2:1 or 3:1 and then modify your tolerances.

What envelope do you require? What tolerances? What kind of controller would you like to see, G-Code or other. -

One thing to look at in regards to experience with Mastercam use is how long we have all been around. Just take a look at Member #'s. I know this doesn't tell all, because I might go a couple of weeks without using it, while others use it every hour. Just a thought though. We have seen mastercam come from a DOS based interface, and we are in for what has to come down the road to.

I also prefer *.x_t for my solid imports. any 2d drawing will do as long as there is a free viewer with a good print engine.

Tryon, As soon as you enter the print gialogue box, before you go to Printer Properties, make sure you select Landscape in the first box. Then go to your printer props and do the same. let me know how you make out.

Colin, I run the GeForce 7600 GS Is there anything special that should be turned on or off. I am using Open GL.

Russ, analyze your drawing. Screen statistics. Lots of splines? This will be hard to dimension. Try converting to arcs.

Funny you should say that. I run my own business and am thinking it's time to call her a day. Running out of work, and the only work it seems I can get I would have to turn out **** to be close on price. Just in a bit of a corner.
