quote: how bout olympia beer??? anyone remember that. we grew up on it so to speak in our later high school days. it was cheap I do recall I remember finding a twelve pack hidden along a gravel road when I was in Jr High. A friend of mine and I used to ride our 10 speeds around all the time. Needless to say we took care of the beer. It was olympia beer.

  5. Here is a web site I have used some for cutting. Robb Jack I have a chart in my tool box from Robb Jack I got from a dealer a while back. Very nice web site full of a lot of usefull info. I use a Haas VF3 with a 10.000 rpm spindel a 15,000 would be nicer to have. HTH

  8. I would agree that documentation is the key. Also everyone from the top down have to talk and work out a system or it won't work very well.
  9. So far yes, but I have to get back to work. You could add .050 to your cutter dia if you want to leave stock on the sides only as a quick fix, since you are roughing. HTH
  10. Thad, Looked at your file you have leave .025 stock on your drive surfaces. If you change to 0 stock it cuts to depth.
  11. Have a great weekend everyone. Keep it safe

  19. quote: I did not receive this message, but I have my options set to "keep my address hidden, but allow others to email me through the board". I would highly recommend this setting. I have not received any of the spam that has been supposedly linked to this board before, and people are still able to email me through the board for legit reasons. +1
