Good morning guys,
I have a job coming and it needs 2 x 1/2-13 x 1.0 dp, 4 x 3/8-16 x .75 dp thread.
I have only ONE chance to get it right.
My first choice is thread mill it, so i am going to need alot of help about tool and cutting parameter.
What is the best tool for 304 SST?
What is the size hole, cutting speed and feed?
How many rough pass and finish pass should i take.....?

Well, just please becareful with this guys. You should double check all of dirty operations after you regenerate it because your 1/2 end mill may become a drill or 1/4 end mill or something esle now.

After change text, you should re-start your mastercam and This cycle should appear on your drill drop down list.
"how do I control my z depth with this"
You should use it like a regular drill toolpath. Draw a point on the screen and pick it for XY location, then enter Z depth in drill parameter page.

My probe is alway #48 in all machines and I am using MPmaster for base.
I would like to take out the spindle and M5.
Could somebody please help me with this?
