The boundaries used to define the 2D swept toolpath may not contain splines.I broke your spline to arcs and the 2D sweep worked fine.

Another plus to Router is that rectangular nesting is included.

Gail, You can go to screen/configure, nc settings tab, operation default button, then right click on an operations group, options, edit common parameters. Then uncheck the the filter button.

You will find both of these under the screen tab in Screen/Config. To change the default viewport, enter the desired configuration in the left field, and the 4 desired views in the right field. To set your grid, hit the selection grid button and set your defaults. If you look up viewports in the help, there is a diagram of the different viewport configurations.

Norbert, Xform translate between views, bottom to side. When selecting the point to translate from, use the center of the arc on the large face, and then translate to the origin. HTH

Go to Job Set-up and check "from tool" for feed calculation, and tool offsets.

George, Try setting your lead in line to perpendicular. I think that will fix it for you.

Bucket, Would it be better to rotate the stockview surfaces to the position that you wanted before you make the stl file.
