We used to use the S-500 also but have switched to the S-787 about a year ago and haven't looked back. We were having problems with the S500 foaming up, the S-787 doesn't do that and leaves a lot less residue on the parts.
Something to watch out for when using circle mill. If you use a different feed rates for semi finishing and finishing, then change a feed rate, it will ignore the new feedrate and post the old one regardless of what is in the operation parameters. turning roughing off, regenerating, then turn it back on, then regenerate the operation again and the feedrates should post correctly.

Are you leaving any material on the walls for a finish pass to clean up? Are you filtering your toolpath at all? what type of machine/control are you running the code on? Are you posting IJK for arcs or R? Do you have "allow 360 arcs" checked in your control def?

offset your geometry the radius of the tool then use wear comp.
or you can put the radius of the tool in the stock to leave on wall in the cut parameters.

Go into your tool offsets page and press page up a couple times till it brings up the table that shows what tool is in what pocket. press 1 and then orgin and it will set the P# and the T# the same. works on our 05 vf2 and 04 vf3.
