honestly, i never let mc calculate my speeds and feeds,i calculate my own because you got to keep in mind type of mat. tickness of mat. type of holder, type of cutter, type of fixture holding the part etc...
how do i save a operation in verify,
i know there is a way, i don't know how to do it
i want to go to verify and check my last op without having to run all the ops, i have like 6 different ops to run ,running v8.1 mill
hope i explain my self. is it stl and how do you use it? thanks in advance any help will be apreciated.
i do my engraving and phono finish at 3,500 maximun rpm on the horizontal matsuura and cincinati milacron and works fine ,i mean slower than the haas vf6 that runs at 10,000 rpm but does the job.
i've had the same problem with ver.9
using c/comp left in control
luckly i did't scrap my parts i reported to
mastercam and send my file to be checked
they found a bug, and so far i haven't seen any fix for it,so i went back to use ver 8.1
we do a lot of contouring and pockets and can't aford to risk a scrap part.
i respect every body's opinion
but to me i think soccer is the #1 sport in the world ,i've played it for many years and it can be excited even if you don't see any scoring,
maybe it has to do if you ever play it before. love the game that's all i can say, but, that's my opinion
leadin/out
check- entry exit
select perpendicular- entry exit
lenght=size of circle minus dia of cutter
divide by 2- entry exit
ramp 0 -entry exit
radius=size of circle minus dia of cutter
divide by 2 -entry exit
sweep 0
helix 0
should start at center and finish at center with
c/comp on
try it...
