  1. Been in there plenty of times. Can't seem to find Fuse. Haven't had time to get my tester out and start tracing wires back
  2. Anyone know where the fuse is for the floodlight. Fadal vmc 4020... a couple of our fadals lights don't work. Yes I've checked the bulbs
  3. It came from catia. Edges are good. I was jus5 worried I undercut the periphery by setting the total tolerance to .01
  4. I use the filter alot for surface finish toolpaths. Usually just set the total to like a thou or 2.. and about .01 for roughing. Also tell it to create arcs. Never had it set to .01 on a periphery cut before. I only use it to make the code smaller For some of the old fadals and anilams
  5. Ok. That's a bit of reilf. Already machined 30 parts to finish. It's titanium about 30. x 8. x 1.125" that would have been an expensive mistake. Due to the shape I cant really check the periphery. I can eyeball it with a scale. no cmm or calipers that big.
  6. Say I chain the periphery on my part.( the shape looks like a skateboard deck).. I didn't notice that my arc\filter tolerance was set to .01" how much can it undercut the part? question 2: does back plot show the path with the filter or is that apply in the posting of the program?
  7. Well I typed a . Only to fill the text box..it won't let me post a pic without text lol didn't even think about the irony til now...
  8. In the chaining dialogue there's a button for a point.

  10. Cant you also chain the center point first then chain your contour.
  11. Cant open your file. But usually this happens when you have "smooth " instead of straight checked on the transition page...
  12. The heli coil removal tool is your friend
  13. There's where you can choose to project normal or view
