We have a 40,000 rpm air spindle that we have been running on other machines but now we need it to run on our VF3 and it gives an alarm "Spindle not turning"..........duh......I know it's not turning because I told it not to!! Does any of you HAAS guru's know if it can be done? Is there a parameter setting that can be changed to allow 0 rpm? Thanx

Wow!!!! School is out for the summer!!! Shelby is now a senior!!! Kacy a sophmore!!!!! We have two great girls and we are in no hurry for them to grow up and move out!!!! Momma and daddy are proud of you girls and your acheivements in life so far!!!!!

I used it last week on a small 1-cav insert.......it worked well Two tools, two paths. Opti-rough with a 1/2" w/.09 nr and hybrid finish with a 3/16" w.02 nr Go ahead and practice with it, it's good for mold builders

We are the parents of two awesome girls!! And we are in NO hurry for them to grow-up and leave home!!! This morning I checked the mail and Murray State had sent Shelby something from the "OFFICE OF RECRUITMENT". I cried!!!! But I hope she does go to Murray, and lives at home. We are just not ready for this, it don't seem possible. Seems just yesterday they were babies.

I would like to turn solids off out in the shop because the guy only do 2d stuff. I'm the only one here that uses a solid license and we have 5 seats

Another thing in Hurco controls when using cutter-comp, you have to set your look ahead in the control to 2 or 3 lines because it will look too far ahead and just do the lead in/lead out and not go around the part when cutting around the perimeter of a square/rectangle

Thats what I was thinkin. I've ran Fadal's at several different places and have seen 4th axis for them but NEVER a trunnion
