  1. Hey Thad , I just did a test for you ,I exported dwg out of Visi (design software) at 3.99mb and then brought it thru mcx mr1 and it turns out to be 11.4mb , these files that i exported are only drawings (no soilds no surfaces) Dave

  5. The flash cards that we bought ( i was not involved) are "old" and they dont make them any more so thats why I said about $$$$ if you buy the wrong ones they go outta date quick. Thats whats happened here. They thought it was easier to goto dnc. Dave
  6. watch the flash card ,we had them here, there great as long as they work (guys drop them and stuff like that ...now we can't replace them unless $$$$),we ended up with Focal point to send to machines Dave
  7. I don't think its possiable, but the direction they may be headed is using the stock setup with an offset to apply a safety zone ( if you look in the stock setup they have an option to use a file). just a thought Dave
  8. sorry i was looking at contour , uncheck the start at center thing then you will be able to put a value in the entry/exit area. Dave

  10. It sounds like its picking up the cutter comp on a arc move? check that you have a value for perp entry. Dave

  18. I seen this (or something simular) to this in v9 ....the file had alot of dimesions in it. I rember that if i called that file I would get alot of errors opening it and everytime you moved around in the file the same errors again. exit to get rid of it. I found in the end that 1 or 2 of the dimesion where causing the problem ,when I did a dimesion it seemed to get screwed up if I did an intersection point on a 3d part but used the top plane for the dimesion,after I did those dimesions again it was fine.   20. I think you can mark the tool as undefined and filter them that way. That way you can see just your "screwy" tools in the list. Dave
