those 4 holes are 1.160 dia. the 2 center ones are spaced 4.0 inches from each other edge to edge. ive worked on holes and bores that were partially blocked but they were very small diameters and it wasnt 4 that need to be concentric.

Does anyone have a tool/setup suggestion or experience with something similar.

the 2 outer holes are also partially blocked by the 45 degree wall nexto it also

thanks in advance

^^^^^^  We were a little apprehensive first time out with interpolating holes with these heads.  Of course the sales staff says "no problem" but in real life it doesn't always work out that way.  In this case it was good with a little playing with S&F once set up.  We have done holes with drills hundreds, thousands of times.  Milling was fine once we had all feed and DOC figured out.  The "M1" head is the way to go.

FYI, I will vouch for the ElTool coolant driven heads. We have just purchased another one for our Integrex. They work great and are a bit less expensive compared to mechanical heads. We drill and mill titanium with them without any issues.

If you feel more comfortable using mechanical heads than look into Koma Slimline. We also use these as well with very good results.

We use several of those at the time in bt-40 on a 4th axis vertical (tool change is not a problem). Drill, mill and surface. Shanks max out at .125" but never had issue. Used them for 3-4 years now.
