You are in viloation of your EULA. (End User License Agreement).

Anyone that "buys" your seat will have to pay a re-licensing fee and I'm guessing the seat in question was part of a Muti-Seat Deal, so now that it would be broken away, it is not longer a multi-seat so there would be a fee for that.

Word to the wise. People better off buying a seat from a local resller.

You can't sell it, you don't own it.

You leased the rights to use the software.

You may find someone to by the discs and SIM,

but they will not be able to get support or buy maintenance and upgrades.

This is a pretty standard software contract.

Read the document you clicked "I agree" on

when you installed the software

No, but I am starting to think you are full of nothing more than yourself and perhaps something that stinks like sh*t.

If it smells like sh*t, it's sh*it in my book and you STINK

Take some advice.

Move along there's nothing to see here.

From mlicense.pdf distributed with MasterCAM X

p1, Software License

... grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license ...

p1, Restrictions

... accessed by the number of end-user computers for which licenses were purchased...

p2, Restrictions

you shall not ... (g) sublicense, assign, delegate or otherwise transfer your rights in the Software ...

p2, Non Transferable

you may not transfer or assign the Program or this Software License Agreement ...

Bottom line, you sell the software and you're breaking the law (or at least your contract agreements).
