Thad, nope apples and oranges. XP can't access anymore than 4 gigs of RAM, if you're going to use a x64 system you really should take full advantage of being able to access ALOT more RAM smile.gif

I'll take XP over Vista any day. 7 is another story. I like 7 a lot.

Well, it's up and running this morning. Mastercam seems cool so far. To bad the machine was only loaded with 2g of memory. bs.gif buut, I'm thinkin' I'll try and get that bumped to 8. I'll update if anything weird happens.
