MCX on Windows 7 64-bit Dell

So it looks like I'll be a testbed for this set-up on Monday. It will be installed next to my current computer with a switch to go back and forth. Is anybody running X4-MU3 on a windows 7 64-bit system? TIA

Isn't / Wasn't there a problem with Art, or maybe it was Engraving, in Win 7 64bit?

 

I thought I read something about problems with the areo interface?

If a minimum of 8 gigs of RAM is required, I think there are problems elsewhere.

Thad, nope apples and oranges. XP can't access anymore than 4 gigs of RAM, if you're going to use a x64 system you really should take full advantage of being able to access ALOT more RAM

I have 64bit win 7 on my Laptop and and two towers. All dells. win 7 is much better. I have two boxes running XP Pro and 3 Boxes running Vista Buss and a total of 4 boxes running win7 3 64 bit and one 32 bit. All win7 boxes are dells.

Well, it's up and running this morning. Mastercam seems cool so far. To bad the machine was only loaded with 2g of memory. buut, I'm thinkin' I'll try and get that bumped to 8. I'll update if anything weird happens.

First thing I notice is all circles and arcs look choppy. Graphics setting? I have hardware acceleration disabled
