I'm out of Work - Can you Help ?

An open plea to everyone....

Our company is in trouble, due to the 'economy

stupid'

I was laid-off for lack of work yesterday.

This has got-to-be tied for the worst thing

that can happen.

Can anyone help? Do you know of any company

that is in need of a MasterCam Programmer,

or Machinist.

I will relocate. I will consider

anything. It sure would be nice to find a

company that 'cares' about their employees,

values their contributions, has a clean shop,

and furnishs enough tooling to do the job.

(Am I joking or what?)

If you have any help to give and don't want

to post here please e-mail me.

My e-mail is: [email protected]

My buddy is looking for someone at his shop.

I always turn him down, but say Thank You

for thinking of me.

He says "What's wrong, you don't like working on stuff thats Always five days late as soon as you get your hands on it,60+ hours aweek,No talking,

No phone calls,No time off,and as soon as we slow down or you make one mistake we let you go"?

There in Carol stream IL.

I'll call him if you want.

Tony,

I am indeed looking, but, not yet ready to

consider Illinois. I'm in Salem, Oregon.

However, I must tell all you guys and gals,

This is a SUPER SITE. I've enjoyed it and

learned some things between the banter that

goes on.

Tony, that's a terrific offer by you, I'll

remember your name. Thanks a bunch cheers.gif

Your right Endmills/Inserts are GOLD there!

Not to mention every grinding wheel

Averages about 4" in dia too.

Those types of shops are Where I learned

The most in the shortest amount of time

I must admit.

I worked at two of them for three years each.

My resume will be delivered by e-mail

shortly. Thanks for looking at it.

Jim,

I'm not able to do 5 axis yet. Am currently

enrolled back in the local college though to

further my skills.

I'll tell all you people, this is a terrific

place ......... biggrin.gif
