We have collected a lot of valuable information since we first implemented it.

 

Also wanted to mention that the crash reports you all send in are usefull too, the comments get some laughs as well. Not all of them pinpoint the problem, but we have been able to gather enough information from many of them to chase down very hard to figure out problems.
