Is there a 5 axis post that is not encrypted?

Not sure if anyone is still interested in the topic, but it is possible to have a 5 axis post without the psb

You just have to be ready to override all the functions that previous PSB's took care of.

If anyone is still interested I'd be wiling to share some files under a GNU open source license.

You've always been able to develop a 5 Axis Post, using the math functions in the MP Language. That capability has existed for 20+ years already. If you are "cracking" or reverse engineering the calls to the PSB, based on some method of querying MP.DLL, I'd guess that is frowned upon.

That said, I'd like to see it too, just because I'm curious what you actually did...

i promise,i have generic 5 axis post  and  Mazak Integrex Fusion 5X Single_Turret MT_Lathe source code.

These 5-/multiaxis posts really seem to be the industry's best kept secret. What you said is like me saying I have the recipe for Coca Cola.

I'd like to take a peep at the math as well. I guess it would be full of matrix math and thus teeming with matt, mmul, mteq etc calls. For a good graphics or game programmer it shouldn't be too hard to figure out, but why bother as they are already paid more than enough.
