We have too much work…

Anyone Interested? We are looking for someone (very hopefully local) who could contract for us in a short term – at least three months.

Most of the work is 2D, and family of parts type stuff. So there is a lot of copy n’ paste between programs, with the initial programming and parameters done. The hardest part is to be able to understand our internal standards (all in written format) and be detailed enough to output the program documentation to conform to those standards. Oh, and it has to run right the first time, but it really is pretty easy parts.

In case you’re wondering, I’m still trying to transition out of the bulk of the day to day programming so I can concentrate on design in Catia. Right now, I’m still handling about a 75% work load in Mastercam, which is way too much!

James -

What does it mean?????

I'm up late - just finished my paper, and the brain is on hold. Did you get my email?

I will be putting a package together tommorow. Got one long edge member out before I left work, got the second one to do in the morning..

Thanks you all who have responded…

Be patient guys – I’m putting together an information package, but at this point I really should bounce it off our HR department, (so I don’t get into trouble) before I turn it loose!

Rick - we are looking for a contract programmer only; the machining will all stay in house.
