Worked for a place had 15 machines and enough tooling for three of them could never find any thing in that shop. or had to share between cycles. how pathetic. Spent more time looking for tools or holders than any thing. I feel for anyone that has to work in that environment. Just my vent sorry.
Can anybody give some tips on just getting the tool to go straight down the center of a slot. Called my reseller but he didnt know either. I saw in ftp site(high speed file) trochoidial 2 movie clip thats what i need. Do you need geometry down the center.? Thanks in advance.
Sorry about the troll post but just thought it was funny to look at axsys sight to have them bragging about being the number 1 top seller of mastercam. what about there customers who made them the biggest. We have to beg to get service.
Good points tool man. But alot of the time you have to move around to make jumps in the pay scale. plus you get to see new type's of work and different methods of manufacturing. My last job was whatever you hired in at is where you stayed. I was there for 4 years. before it clicked in my head that it was a dead end. Make's me mad because I care about my performance. And the company basically $hit on me.
Played around for an hour trying to do this. I am confused about how you select your radio buttons. some times it highlights the nci stuff. other times it didn't seems like you have to do it in a certain sequence, other times it worked but it did not use the right offsets. started out good but just failed to go E1-E2- then it would just position without an E code. tried to get to the ftp site? have a great day
How do you do two of the same part with multiple fixture offsets. I use a fadal and have always just sent out the program and manually turned it into subs. Is there a easier way. In MC. Thank You in advance.
