  1. In V9 you could SELECT ALL, then edit common, select the T/C plane button, check the Work Offset box and set it to 0. This should do it for you.
  2. I would just set the workoffset in each original operation to 0 then use transform and check the box under method that says toolplane, then select auto increment under work offsets.
  3. I'm a little slow today. Please explain. Do you want a model of how to machine a tombstone on all sides? Or a model showing how to machine parts on different sides using the WCS? I uploaded a file to the MC9 directory called HMC_10_X_19_TOMB.MC9 It shows how I machined a tombstone on 4 sides using transform rotate for one of our horizontals.
  4. Do a search in your post and make sure sm06 isn't already referencing the M06.
  5. Sure. And welcome to the group.
  6. quote: Is it professional to post a topic that can only result in flames? No but it's fun.
  7. Have you tried system restore? Try going back a week or so and see if mcam will start working for you again.
  8. I don't know if it will work or not but i could email you the new mcpost.dll from the new update. I assume you already have the sp1 update 2 installed since you said your posting does'nt work. the mcpost file is all that changed. email me at [email protected] if you want me to since your email is hidden.
  9. Just curious, what os are you running? Maybe someone that is running the same version can tell you if they found a work around. From what I read some guys completely uninstalled X, deleted the mcamx directory. Then did their re-install and it worked. And it might help to check that you have the latest windows updates and your temp directory is empty. Before you re-install
  10. I don't know, but it sounds like you're an A$$hole. I never used it, but I'll show which finger i've got 4 ya. I didn't check it, but I'm sure I can get my size 13 boot stuck somewhere uncomfortable for ya. quote: "The hell is paved with good advise"and the correct quote is "Hell is paved with good intentions." Samuel Johnson or "The road to hell is paved with good intentions" unknown Thanks for filling a void I've been noticing lately. We can always use a good laugh around here. It helps the days go by faster.
  11. I haven't seen this issue myself but when I back plotted your code it started out like a D then got funny. Could you upload your file to the FTP site for someone to look at it. I won't be at work much longer today but maybe one of the other guys could look at it for you or I can on Monday.
  12. mowens, Do you have a Yahoo email account or something where you could get it without going through all the filters? If not I suppose it is possible to snail mail it to you if you really want it. That wouldn't really be a problem it will fit on a standard floppy.
  13. Change the filter to only pick center would be my guess.
  14. quote: ....but duh....how come UpdateOne to Service Pack One is still available for D/L? Just to make me feel dumb, I guess?!?!!?I bet they're still available just incase the later 2 don't work. That way you could always install one of the earlier ones.
  15. That's a bummer. Do you think the firewall would delete the dll if it were zipped twice. I could try sending it to you that way.
  16. x cannot have a show all because it would take forever to load 2 billion levels. At least that's what was posted somewhere on here before.
  17. I didn't know X had a show all. You have to enter the levels one at a time in the bottom. Once you give a level a comment it doesn't disappear.
  18. quote: I know I can use my ctrl keys in the main level line field, but that’s a lot of clicking back and forth. Normally, I can fill out the level lines in speedy time using my keys. Now, if I forget not only does it not work but also I have to click my way out of the error message. Btw – the ctrl c (copy) and the ctrl x (cut) works, it’s the paste (ctrl v) that brings on the stupid irritating error dialog box that instructs me to ‘report this error to my dealer’. You can right click your mouse to paste on the lines. I don't know if you knew that or not but it works for me.
  19. Have you been able to use X before today?
