When he says Geo does he mean just draw a side view using lines or using solids. Draw a 3D wireframe of half your bowl (side view or front view)and revolve about the CL of your bowl to create your solid.
Have you looked at any examples for drawing solids?
Look at the help section examples for solids.

no lie, the taps we used were osg exocarb-vx. they are ticn coated tungsten carbide, they
are designed for 50-60 rc. go to osgtool.com
and find yourself a rep localy and set up a
demo. the place i work right now also had a
rep come in and we tapped 48rc h-13 with a
1/2-13 and 52rc s-7 with a 1/4-20 . yes if i
did not see it with my own eyes i would not
believe it either. but as someone on the
forum say "those who say it cannot be done
should not get in the way of those who are
doing it" enjoy , trevor
We just "hand tapped" (12) 1/4-20 blind holes into hardened S-7 52-54 Rc.........they didn't get tapped deep enough. Chipped 1 flute on the 2nd hole........hit the bottom.
Around $85 for the tap........cheap for the time it saved.
Thanks Trev

Tried messing with this instead of using X+ to post to a different machine.
"Selecting a different post processor—machines with multiple posts"
Got it to work, BUT, it messes up the "Project Manager" when you use it, and you have to pick the path to where you want your file to go.
Anyone else having this problem and do you have a fix for it......
Question #2
When you push the G1 button.
How to you get this check box "Select Post"to turn on when you push the post button??????
This would be a nice place to pick the post I want if I could get it activated.........
Thanks
You must have something else turned on, this should only give you a M01 @ the beginning of the operation, not for multiple depths inside of an operation.
Took a while to remember...........
I think this is what you are looking for.
click on change NCI button
Click on force tool change
Do this on each operation you want a tool change at.

Pete,
I believe they are V9 and older files, I will try converting them to X and then try merging.
Since I could still read them I just haven't taken the time to convert them.
They are small files SHCS, flat heads, shoulder bolts, waterlines, eye bolts, ejec. pins, tunnel gates, ect.
Just a small library of stuff I use in mold designs over and over.
Off til Monday
Have Good Weekend
Thanks Pete
Just wonder.......when I do a File Merge with "X2 MR1 SP1" all the levels turn on, Kind of Annoying.
Has this been fixed with X2 MR2??????????
I'm trying to get our maintenance $$$$$ so I can get X2MR2.
Saturday Roll Call Why are you picking on this important topic??????
Maybe when you are hitting the DELETE button this one might be an option..........
Kill'em
I've been deleting stuff from the work puters, gettin full of old useless stuff.
