Spend all day using X3 just installed the update mu1 and now i get a box that says my maintenance has expired.. I asked around andwe have a yr subsc to maint. Maybe it was the install missing something. Did anyone have this come up on them after the install... BTW - I downloaded the update from the website, if that makes any diff....

I am having problems using my post from X2 to work in X3.. before installing (3) i renamed the mcamx folder and installed a fresh copy and just copied all my config post and def to the new folder. But the post is not getting reconized....

I just installed X3 and when opening a file from X2 I now have two instances of each tool.. Any Ideas...

Melliott - The only way that I know of and use often is to export from the file that you want the ops to come from. Then those ops will be listed in the import tree.

RobertELee - can this be done in x2 also.. I run 2, VF4 and VF2. Same problems as ARP.

You could also use remote desktop and connect from home. But many variables apply as to the type of functions and speed that you will have.

WTF - You have got to be kidding me.. After a repair install no diff what so ever. Everytime I want to create a line after curve on edge or even a level change I get that damn MCcore parameter is incorrect..

Does anyone know of a way to disable the warning box to fill all holes.. If I have to fill 10 holes out of 20 everytime I have to select no to fill all holes.

I had this problem also.. After reading this thread I figured to give it another try. I went into MX keymapping swapped the Alt+Q with Alt+M(or whatever you like) and then added the Alt+M to the macros config of the spacepilot and it seemed to stick I closed out Mx and restarted it wa s still there.... Give it a try ......

Thats what I'm looking for people... Now on the other side of the (battle) there was a mention in the meeting "we" had about this toolpath creator in Kubotec that was called KeyMachinist. Has anyone used this and where does it lie in the programming relm? If the person who calls the shots does not heed my warnings and goes with "the other" I will be forced to enter yet another forum to call home....

MotorCity thats what I like to hear import from Key save in SW and get to work... JP I do know the awful things that KeyCreator does(and you know I do) its what we work with now and I hate it. But not being the design guy I need to explain to him why SW would be a good switch for the comapny as a whole. Thanks guys. Must have been the gremlins.. haha....
