I put a "60's F1" pinewood in the mc8 folder.
Everyone Download it and verify it.
its pretty cool.
It comes out a little rough so Jr. can sand it
and feel a little more involved.
Here she blows!
I have a Red roll around too.
I made all of those tools.
I worked there from 1990 through 1993.
that place wasnt pretty but had a
wire, a heat treat oven and a stocked steel rack.
the 20% night premium helped too.
The Bench is still there with my
80's rock inlays

Jack so true...
When something Gets fixed in there o/s
With there next upgrade.
You will then lose something !
The manual jog is now liquid smooth....
But now Recovery restart doesnt work anymore!
Next patch mmmmm 6 months from now!
Have a good one everyone!
Any New years resolutions out there?
I am going to start eating breakfast (cereal)
instead of ramming down a pot of coffee as breakfast
pretty lame huh?
Is there any way to Pull up my entire library
At once and pick out my material say P-20
and then in one Mouse click have it
calculate all the tools speeds and feeds
So know I have a P-20 tool library
in only a few mouse clicks?
Thanks
Tony
Carbon I program start to finish
Because some thing might snap off
so i might have to shuffle around
how I got That far so it won't snap off.
Steel I usually have a rough / semi/ finish
set of operations
Because here at the Country club
They Want the machines running...
Only then there paying for themselves.
slamming a few operation into them at a time
Creates that picture they want.
We figure "Perishable tooling"
Into the build or Job.
I fill out a "Purchase Requisition Order Form"
For the cutters/carbon/boring head module we don't have, for the job.
Hey some cutters go 6 cavities then the next cutter snaps off 1/2 way through the first
piece all at the same speeds and feeds.
(We have all been there scratching our heads)
Huh?...

Here is a Christmas story
Last year my son recieved a giant glider
and a rocket set that launches with a bike
pump (From me) I started to wonder once the
Christmas Frenzy had settled down about a week later Where is the stuff I gave you?
"I put it at the back door because its
outdoor stuff"
Oh...cool...I guess that meant I tossed it into
recycling with all the other Boxes etc..GONE!
Now he was starting to look for it since
I had brought it up!
I had to reorder the same stuff
and stall for time..
"Oh look here it is I must have put it on this shelf"....saved
We got them here too
There qoute is :
"Hey I'm paid to put the chips on the floor
Not pick them up"
There theory is also
"You run the machines into the ground then
You get new ones"...
Steve
Kind of how a Cache works?
As your features are reconized it would
prompt you "Hey this is what you did last time,
here are your operations"
Charles I was mislead that CamWorks
Was a True solidworks product
I wonder about All there other
(insert title here)Works?
