  6. Jimmy I am in Carlsbad Calforina and I am from Jacksonville Florida. It is in the Text_&_post_files_&_misc Folder and it called Multi_Post.zip I could always get mine to work but not the way roger has it working. I still dont understand the Buffer paramters and the allocation requiremetns needed in a flip flop type of application I treid everything to get the Muli_post.pst to work the way I wanted. I then bit the bullet and looked at what roger did and understand what he did but since i know very little about VBS i just was going at in the wrong way the whole time. What he has up there is exactly what I was looking to do. I will put up what I had it will be called Mulit_postR if you want see where I was getting stuck. Crazy Millman
  7. Scray stuff in deed and it seems to have been going that way fro a while after talking to soem people out here a common practice to send that work that way where back east didnt hear to much about it. Crazy Millman
  8. Well I got 1 gig of Memory for both the one at work and the one at home. Crazy Millman
  9. I have used it Jimmy but it comapred to Cim-tech to me. I have switched from Val-Cool to the Swiss lube and not had the skin problem we use to have. The blasuer seems to be more people freindly than the both of them. Crazy Millman I keep telling you guy if it was not for my college english I might have got my degree. 10. It also has to do with the PH level of your coolant if your PH get to the point of acidity them you will have this problem just like in a pool. Not olny is the ratio important but also the quality of water if it is hard water then the coolant will have a harder time workign correctly and alomst all have soem type of rust reducing quality. It seem simple but sometimes the best solutions are. We use Blaser Swiss lube and that has helped alot but if we dont stay on top of as with aynthing it will still make anything rust if not matained well. Crazy Millman: to the forum.
  11. yeah I have had the same problem and that has what has got me going good for the last week but I think I am on top of it now thanks to my dealer and their help. I also want to thank Charles Davis and the whole crew at San Diego Cad/Cam for the great help. Crazy Millman [ 10-11-2003, 10:05 PM: Message edited by: Millman^Crazy ]

  13. I would save them as autocad 2000 format. I also think you have the ability to save them as autocad format also. I would watch my levels and know they do go back and forth between mastercam and auutocad but been a about 2 years since I had to do it out. Great question and Welome to the Forum. Please take a seat put your tray in the upright position and prepare for take off. Crazy Millman [ 10-11-2003, 09:58 PM: Message edited by: Millman^Crazy ]
  14. Foolish which way are you editing these toolpaths. Are you doing it with Mastercam or some other program or doing in by hand. If you put up an example sure we can help. Crazy Millman
  15. Come guys you picking on my spelling again geeeees. It was once said a person with passion for what they do and believe in has a life that will be full. I like the old saying you can give a man a fish and feed him for a day or you can teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. I have taught a lot of people against some heavy advice not too things in life. I don’t do anything for free sir I do it cause I was lucky enough to be given my talent by god and a person who freely shares and gives of himself or herself will be rewarded some way and somehow in life. I stand up for what is right always have always will that is the person I am and doing the right thing is to me is the most important. I do it cause I like I do it cause I enjoy the accomplishment of doing a job well done. It seems like an insult to that and the person I am when I get what I feel in some cases not all are the pirates coming in and asking for free things. It is wrong no matter which way you stack, it rack, or pack it. I was sharing a seat where I am at now when I got here I pissed some off but we have 2 seats of Matercam now and we were going to have it even if I had to buy the thing myself. Please see that you are welcome in here and it is the difference in people that make this place what it is. If we were all the same person that what kind of fun would that be. PS to all my spelling coaches I did a spell check in word with this one so nahhhhhhhh. J/K Crazy Millman
  16. Baitor I went into a palce and did not even know about this palce and was doing 5th axis work with very little expericence with Mastercam I took the time figured out post work and tweaked a 5th axis post pretty much in my own. I had soem help fro my dealer but the company I owkrd for is like so many and is the biggest reson people come on here asking for post. The reason is this plain and simple. The are what I like to refer to is as penny wise and 100 dollars dumb!!!!!!!. I have only been on here since June and I dont take no it cant be done for an answer and I dont give up and I willing to try and if I get it wrong then I gte up brush myself off and tray again. So sorry if I dont have sympathy for others who are not willing to atleast try!!!!!!!!! Crazy Millman
  17. Well Baitor I am sorry to hear your expierence has been of such problems. I will ask this question of you have you created something or worked hard on something that you had about 200 hours in and then give it away to perfect stranger no questions ask. I ask you how preciuos is your time and will be glad for you to send me anything you have worked all the bug out on that will help me any my company possbile make a 1,000,000 dollars for free. With that said sir I ask you to go back and look at the wonderful help that has been given in the VERY FORUM just to me in the thing that I have bravely taken on to make my post and set-up sheets better. I as a person could not think of a better group of people to share and have knowledge shared with. I have spent alot of my own time working through peoblems and making things better by trail and error. I look at it this way anything in this world worth having you have to work hard for it. Like Chris pointed out there over 100 posts on the install CD and right out of the box I have found them to work well enough to run machines. If you want to tweak that then you will find we all will help you in anyway possible but if you want a 5th axis post or a twin spindle twin turret post then that is a horse of a different color. If a compnay or even a person have embarked no a machine of that nature then it if dunny they would spend anywhere from $150,000 to $2,000,000 dollars for a machine then spend over $10,000 on a Cam prgoram then think a sepcalized very precise post just for there appllication just for there liking(note here over 4,000,000,000 in the world) must be made avaible and then wehn it is not they want to coem on here and demand that it be. Like I said before I have well over 200 hours my own time getting post set-up sheet and thing with Mastercam they way I like them but I promise you would shi? a big brick if you see the crazy thing I do. I have no problem Rapiding a turret on a lathe at 1800 ipm at a chuck spinning 8000 rpms and never blink and eye or take a 4" facemill and rapid it into a cavity of a casting at 1100 ipm and feel no probelm with no needing to wait of be scared. i set our machine and have set other machine up to run days on one part and never be scared of a crash. Wehre does that come from expierecne and trial and error. I hope you dont take my talk the wrong way sir but I have worked Damn hard and given up a lot to have the knowledge have and you know what I share with whomever I can willing and eager enough to learn this profession. Ask a good question on here you will get a good answer ask a question in which even the FAQ ask you not then you get what you asked for. Crazy Millman +1000 on this Rekd: quote: So suck it up. 19. Just an update for all that might be intrested. I got this to work and Roger you the MAN I really really apericate this. I have this working like a dream and I post my HTML set-up sheet and my Mpmaster_Fadal givimg me the abilites to put my HTML set-up sheet in my set-up directory and my NC programs in the recpective computer on the network. This is a typical path Deltac:nc_programs2805_nc1st_OP so you can imagine how much a really really apperciate all that typing and double duty you have saved me and I am thinking this is going to be a highly used tool by others. Jimmy the Downlad on the FTP is perfect but if you want me to send what I ended up doing be more than glad to. I humbly say thank and feel honored for the help to all guys this beer for you: Crazy Millman
  20. Look like I need to find bigfoot for Harryman. I see what I can dig up for his avatar. Crazy Millman Welcome to 200 HarryMan
  21. The olny thing I like about the Fadal is the Engraving cycle I do serilazation using the subroutines and other simple engraving cuase it does give me the flexability on the machine in the edited nc code verse having to change the model all the time. I dont know your machine but most support this and see if you can adapt it to your needs. Crazy Millman
  22. Good Question I can really see where that would be good will have to see what I can come up with. Welcome to the Forum. Crazy Millman
  23. Yes bucket change this is the post: code: force_wcs : no #Force WCS output at every toolchange? That should do the trick. Crazy Millman
