  1. No, idont have internet access at work. I was throwing out random ideas.
  2. Check for a setting skip pockets smaller than .... Maybe it has too big a value
  3. Have you tried making a stock model from the previous ops? Then you can set the stock in restmill to the stock model
  4. I've had a couple times where it wasn't responding like it was stuck in a function. No warnings or ribbon bar activity. A control alt delete then escape that menu screen then mastercam was fine
  5. 68.2 should be all you need for 3 + 2. It sounds like you need to review the parameters as suggested. From what I gather from This Thread is 54.4 was added apparently because 68.2 is not working as it should
  6. View, toggle multithreading manager. From there you can pause it stop it or restart it
  7. Retract height set correct?. Keep tool down?
  8. I've had it trim in 3d fine then other times not. Sometimes a solid is involved
  9. Sometimes if you are in 3d it won't trim but 2d it will
  10. We have the Kalamazoo Industries one you can get them with a pedestal or cabinet or just bolted to an existing table They have a 1 by 42 inch belt but you can get the Scotch-Brite belts also
  11. Standup or hand held. We have some pneumatic ones hand held with probably a 12mm belt. The stand-up ones are 25 mm
  12. I think he said he removed the s2 at the machine
  13. Yes. The second time is to verify it is writing and positioning correct Check it again after you apply the g54.4 to see if it reads zero. If the probe won't work with 54.4 active you may have to use an indicator. All of our matsuura came with the 54.4 but none of them worked. They would hang up and not alarm out if there was a value in there. Another parameter had to be changed. So you may be writing to it but it may not be applying it
  14. After you write the shift, run the probe cycles again but don't write anything to see if it is correct
  15. Still in model prep. Clear all
  16. I'm assuming these are old programs with no geometry file? In cimco there is a backplot window. You can run it and get an idea if what's going on
  17. I can't remember but I think they are always zero and the angles are in ijk. But I can assure you when working properly it works. Since you had previously centered the parts and this first one is not tracking the work offset properly you may need to double check the parameters as suggested. It can be as simple as 1 or 2 bits that needs to be toggled
  18. It looks like you are trying to open an nc file in mastercam. Find on e with mcx or mcam extension Or use cimco to open the nc program
  19. So if you have the 68.2 option you would use that on 3 plus 2 work and then you have to use the 54.4 for multi-axis work. Is that what you're attempting to do?
  20. Is the part entirely 3+2? If you have the twp in the post already you should be able to probe and go. I was under the assumption that it had neither twp or tcp and you added the 54.4 option
  21. Yea, you need to cancel it just like the twp
  22. I would ask him how he disable it maybe it can be reversed
  23. Door hold May mean that the button was pushed and it's waiting for the signals to stop before it unlocks it but that's just a guess
