  8. We just switched to Hangsterfers a month ago. No complaints so far. This stuff is pretty good also , Motorex Swisscool . We're also using the Chip Trap and a small drum coalescer to help keep it clean.

  13. Hey Jeff , I got it to work by just using the Entry and Exit line set to Tangent ( whatever length you want ) ramp set at Zero , and the arcs set to Zero. Set your parameters in the "Ramp" as usual I couldn't get it using the adjust start and end contour Hope dat works for ya !!
  14. I'm not familiar with Milltronics , but is there some sort of Tool Changer Restore feature??
  15. Here's what ya do.......... Ask your boss to come out to shop at least a dozen times a day for whatever reason. You'll have AC by the end of the week.

  17. Could you just add comments in the tool parameter page , or are you looking to edit your post to auotmatically call it out ?
  18. Got maintenance ?? If so download the latest and greatest here and try again. Do a search on the forum also , it's been covered quite a bit. There's prolly something more helpfull. I'm out for the day so I'll check back tomorrow. Good Luck !
  19. When you click on the Mastercam Direct , go to Customize Menu , Is Mill checked on ?

  22. I did a quick internet search for "broaching tools" and only found places that will resharpen yours or custom quote new ones. I'll try again later.
