We just switched to Hangsterfers a month ago. No complaints so far. This stuff is pretty good also , Motorex Swisscool .
We're also using the Chip Trap and a small drum coalescer to help keep it clean.

What version of Mcam ya runnin ?

I got it to work by just using the Entry and Exit line set to Tangent ( whatever length you want ) ramp set at Zero , and the arcs set to Zero. Set your parameters in the "Ramp" as usual
I couldn't get it using the adjust start and end contour

Is Mastercam-Direct checked on, under your Add-ins.. box in Solidworks?
What version of Mcam are you runnin? Is it installed on the same computer as Solidworks?
