Edit the values for your explorer path, post path and logo path if needed I think this is the only thing I missed , but don't quite understand what this means ( other than I'm a dumba$$).
I ended up with a Word File with text only.

I've never heard of installing ANY cad/cam into a machine control. Is that what you are wanting to do?
Is possible anyone ???

Yes I have version 10 beta I believe there is a Beta Forum somewhere here. Don't know how to get ya there, but I'll bet that's where your answer is.
I also just have to change the tool numbers ans H values on occasion. Oh yeah , and if I use the flood coolant, I move the M9 up a couple lines. Keeps the coolant out of the toolchanger.

I've had lots off issues with sldprt's in the last month or so. Hey Matt ,
Just curious as to what kind of problems you've been having ? I've been getting alot of "parasolid data not found" and "zero length" errors lately.
Sound familliar(sp?)
Welcome Ro ,
Simply put , "Ya get what cha give".
Stick with it and don't be afraid to ask "dumb questions" especially here . Great group of people here always willing to help.
Unless its , "Can someone give a post?"
Enjoy !
LOL Mayday!!!
whirly_gig ,
You'd be lookin at 764 rpm @ 3.6 ipm for starters with that material. Not exactly highspeed ,....... well maybe for a drunken sea chicken.
Hi Mike,
I'd suggest an apprentice job at a machine shop for starters. Not knowing the basics of general machining practices , the capabilities of each machine , and some hands on experience would make it pretty difficult to program anything ( IMO ).
Then give him the link to the forum .
+1 Travis,
What's your chaining tolerance set at? I used to have mine set at .0001" thinking my programs would be more accurate.
It's set to .001" now, with no problems.
BTW.... Welcome Aboard
