X+ Tool (Setup sheet and more)

Still having problems with excell output. It might just be me, but could someone try this:

 

1/output as excell,speardsheet,screenshot,large bmp

 

2/select a few items from the list and accept.

3/See what line number the text is output to in excell.

4/ repeat and see if the first line is different this time.

 

I am getting the first line of output on any line from 20 to 720. This might be why the templates aren't working???

 

any help appreciated.

Why can't I find this toolbar?....it must be to early...I see everything in the chook but don't understand about the toolbar.

I found the toolbar , but it's too small to click on. I drag it onto the screen and it's just this little tiny rectangle with no icon.

Go to settings, customize, Drop downs/Right mouse button menu tab, category. find X+. Drag icons to screen.

Try going to "settings, toolbar states" and see if its there, and check the X+ box.

Yes, but the first time i tried it the images didn't appear, only the little red "X" where the image should have been.

 

When viewing the source of the html sheet I noticed the image call was missing quotes.

 

img align=absmiddle src=file:C:/Program Files/mcamx/CHOOKS/X+/png/3.png

 

should be:

 

img align=absmiddle src="file://C:/Program Files/mcamx/CHOOKS/X+/png/3.png"

 

by changing this the tool image did appear.

 

is it possible to change the output locations and/or image directories to make this network friendly?

Just rebooted and all is well.

I guess I have to stay now. I was hoping to get down to hunting camp early.

Hi all,

 

it is necessary to close mastercam before installing x+. Also it is designed to run only on w2k or xp.

 

Bruce, I think I've fixed the problem with the excel output. Copy your excel template to the x+ folder. Rename it to xsetupsheet.xlt. Download and install a newer version of x+ here

BTW the X+ is the last choice (at the bottom) on the tool bar drop down menu.

I got it this far back to normal but I still need

O1000 at the beginning and putting it in the op mgr files at the top of the page on that tab ain't doin' it.
