WTF?

Ahmmmmm.... Im pulling my hair out here....

This morning I posted 8 operations, they posted together in 1 File!

Now I post a similar group of 8 and they are posting as individual NC files!!!!!!

 

WTF??????

 

Any thoughts?

WTF is not exactly a searchable topic heading.

 

 

right click all of your operations >> right click >> edit selected operations >> rename nc file

Do all the desired operations have the same NC file name?

Make sure all operations point to the same nc file. ou can change it by right clicking on the operation(s) -> Change NC file name. Try posting again and everything should work properly.

"WTF" was my answer to a very long day......... Im sure I could have been a bit more poetic...but Im sure no-one blushed!!!!!

 

That solved it...Right CLick> Rename NC Filename ..... dont know how it got like though!!!!!

I guess I shouldnt tinker.......

Well...Just on the odd chance that nobody has mentioned it...you could check to make sure the NC file name is the same.

That one got me for awhile!!

I find that this sometimes happens to users if they are jumping back and forth on different computers with different configurations and ultimately different datapaths.

That is probably the answer.

Done the program at home, Brought it into work .....

 

That seems like the logical explanation ... unless my X2 MR2 SP1 has suddenly become "aware" and does things to annoy me!!!

This has been happening to me a couple of times lately. Usually when I reopen an older file and add operations like on an ECN change, it will then post the new operations separately. Even though they all look to have the same NC File name, if I select them all and rename the NC File it gets fixed.
