Change Level M-Cam 2017

Amidst all the odd changes and Mastercam's idea to take simplicity away in 2017...How on gods green earth do you change levels?! I can't figure out how to move geometry to another level; the ease of being able to "right click" in the levels box for the entire X series and even back into the V series and having the change level box pop up was beyond convenient. Does it still exist?

I Imported my X7 RMB menu, right after install, therefore i had to add it once I found it.

or you can right click any where in the viewport and get it quicker

That was annoying as all hell. I customize my right click for frequent functions and having the attributes tool bar come up every time drove me out of my mind. Now granted it's a short drive but I undocked it and now have it in my ribbon bar.
