Most forum members are like minded individuals; for we share a common interest in machining, cad/cam, and Mastercam.

I am curious as to what home page other members prefer to use.

I have used Excite.com for the last six years but have used many others in the past.

Please chime-in with what you’re now using as a home page.

It is funny that you ask this Jack.

I for the last (2) hrs have been trying to get rid of the "drop down" menu that appears below the homepage address.

It seems if I highlight my default homepage url,and "backspace" it so that only this: http://www. is left, then a whole dropdown menu of url's appear.

As if they were stored in my favorites or something!

Now someone has been to some dirty places acording to what I see!! eek.gif

I would like to get rid of these.

And NO delete files/clear history/delete cookies does not work.

It is like they are hidden somewhere???

Please help.

Bullines, you or rekd must know how to rid this...

Brendan,

Do a scan with Fsecure or Norton - My office machine has 19 Ad-ware type viruses & my laptop has one.

I can only figuer that they got there from all the spam mail that I regularily receive (I don't open them either).

Perhaps I should look at another mail program besides Microsoft; I now update my virus software daily.

Regards, Jack
