  1. I see a feed rate of 120 and .008 fpt. I would cut that back and bump up your rpm's. Just my 2 cents.

  2. You have 2 different toolpath groups, which one are you referring to? The toolpath group 2 has your part flipped over and rotated 90 degrees.

  3. I can't see the file, but if surfacing if you can use a bull endmill and get a better finish if you can fit it in your feature. The center of the ball endmill isn't really spinning so you would want to tilt it if possible so get some surface footage going

  4. To be honest, I find a lot of useful information in old topics. So maybe there is no point making suggestions for him, but it might still be useful for others who run into similar problems in newer versions.. there is always a point to sharing information!

  5. scallop with a boundary i selected a different bnd and it worked fine replaced all my projected lines of the bnd with lines and arcs (on what i thought was the trouble bnd), but did not help

  7. I got a reply from them, so I'll have to save that $$$ for some new toolholders. I hear Haimer SafeLocks are nice. Glad I was able to get some humor out of that silly post hah.
