Answer - Add concentrate to bucket of water. Factor - Time There are several reasons for this. In order to activate the emulsifier, it needs to be diluted in a 20:1 proportion (about 5%) and in order to do this, adding the water to coolant will bring the concentration from 100% to 5% rather slowly making the transition/reaction take longer than it naturally wants to go. There is potential for some of the emulsifer to be waster - therby reducing its effectivness. When you add the coolant to water - you are gradually bringing the concentration UP from 0% to 5% and this is what the emulsifier like to see. Anyway, I am not in the business of selling coolant so it is not my suggestion to DUMP out all that you have - just run with it and at the next change out, do what you think is right, after all, you have to run it.

No definitive solution but - I would look at the following Transmission, DNC Setup, MachineTab, Setup, Receive, And toggle the settings on the Remove Characters. The default that I have is set to None and I wonder if there are some funky characters that the machine is throwing out that need to be stripped. My only other solution is the old Search and Replace where you search (X #) and replace with (X#) but this isn't the right solution , only a Work Around.

The only problem is in tornado milling it does that darnred finish pass at the final depth at a constant depth, which in turn ruins my threads. Though catastrophic to the feature being created - this is absolutly funny! The "Macro" is actually made for helical with a button tool for roughing a bore where a clean up pass at final depth is needed for a blind bore. I can't get my Pro/E system to create this move at the end of a cycle and you can't get the Integrex to keep from making it! Call national applications in KY and ask for the software depatment - you have a seriuos question on the this and Mazak has lifetime service/assistance that they offer with their machines.

What you are seeing is the convergence of the tooling "Marketers" (As opposed to manufacturers). One day there will be three (Sandvik, Iscar and Kennametal) but for now, here is how it goes. Sandvik Corporation owns Seco, Vallenite and Sandvik Coromant. These ball nose cutters are manufactured in France by Safety (Saff e tee) and are "Marketed" by Coromant, Seco and Valenite under their own labels. The tools are exactly the same and I buy direct thru the old Safety distribution channel at a lower price than the Sandvik Label. Another tool that is marketed the Sandvik group the same is the Araf ballmilling tools - similar to the Millstar style of a single round insert. Hope this helps winnie - wouldn't want too many "Bees" to try and sell you the same honey - if you get what I am saying.

Why laser cut the hole in the first place. As you need to go thru the hole anyway, the laser portion is non-value added. Skip it if possible, drill then form the holes. Is there a reason to burn the holes out??

Also for a really cheap move------ All machines have about a 6" bottom on them . If you just dragg it, you will only use about 2" and you will still have two moves left. This is the best advice I have seen in years - one to write in the Newengland Journal of Manufacturing for sure...
