There is some thing like this in the works for Mastercam. Not sure when it will be coming.

As of Version 9.0 it was an option to load the raster to vector and as of the install disk 9.1 it installs it with the main program, ten it prompts you for codes as it is a add-on. Because it is a EDU seat it is active for class purposes.

Millman , you need to go to screen config & check these settings(shown in link). Pic of Screen Config this sets it to post by the names of groups.

Thad I was there it is a class a mold shop well taken care of. I would say buy the people I met and the work I saw this is a nice place to work.. As you can see by the photos they have some nice machines including a 5axis machine.. Robert good luck on your findings. This was a good place to come two. Thanks for the opportunity to have met and talked with you.

Prosoft are you a MC dealer? If so you should be contacting CNC office and talking with Matt. this is right up his alley. I know that this is all feasable and can be done with in MC. If you are not a dealer contact the local dealer pass this info over to them .. I am not saying that you can not ask here. This is a good place to go.That is for sure. You will get the understanding from everyone here that it can be done. Hope this helps.

CDC Surfcae Finish.. Is james file located on the FTP as a Zip file under the MC9 Folder.. So james are you using the Direction as a place to add the g41 cutter comp?

I have done as CMR stated for customers. Thay had a thought drew it wi pecial about the size they wanted and I broght in to mastercam and started creating a solid from the picture profile and what they ask for.

Thanks Gcode, That is my keyboard now but added the space ball. I like the logitec keyboards. I I wouldve known about that I would got that one first.. $299.00 not to bad.
